I want to help others reach their full leadership potential by capitalizing on and tapping into their strengths. We are each individual works in progress.
My "belief" strength illustrates my strong conviction in my values, including my deployment of empathy, responsibility for contributing to something greater than myself, and personal ownership.
I believe in being a man of my word and completing a task or fulfilling a committed duty. I value personal ownership, honesty, and ethics.
