Our small but mighty team at UTSA Athletics took on a fan-first mentality and growth mindset approach, resulting in record setting attendance and ticket sales metrics.
As part of our Transformational Leadership class, we were assigned teams and tasked with creating a business case presentation judged by a panel from Deloitte. The project pushed me to tap into my analytical skills and was achieved through solid teamwork.
In October of 2023, I traveled alongside classmates to Grand Rapids, Michigan for a week-long experiential learning project. Paired with Corewell Health, our team was tasked with creating a brand positioning strategy. We ended up working in tandem with a group of Notre Dame classmates who were working on brand campaign strategies, and after a few in-office workdays, we made our final presentation to Corewell Health executives. I am grateful for this experience and the insights I gained from being exposed to the healthcare industry.
During my time at Quinnipiac University, I had the opportunity to work on my sports writing skills. Here are two samples that focus on the Quinnipiac men's ice hockey team.

During December 2017 and January 2018, I traveled alongside Quinnipiac University students to South Africa to take part in a study abroad trip. The focus was creating two films, one about wildlife while on safari and the other about the ongoing water crisis in Cape Town. I was honored to have been named a student producer of the film and after collecting footage and interviews, worked with fellow classmates to edit the piece.

2019 Fan & Youth Engagement Department, Employee of the Season
2019 Joseph McDermott Award Recipient
As a member of the Fan & Youth Engagement team in 2019, I was selected as the department's Employee of the Year. While on-field alongside fellow honorees, I was surprised by my family and organization members with the Joseph McDermott Award, given to an employee who has shown dedication and commitment to the club.
The fans of Red Sox Nation and my teammates have created an environment where I can thrive both personally and professionally, and I owe a great deal of thanks and gratitude to them for this honor.
